MAN-4350 Project Management
This course provides the foundation for managing projects in today's global economy, focusing on the tools, skills, and behaviors necessary for successful project execution. The course explores the competencies necessary to lead projects within a structured framework, addressing leadership, scope identification, team management, estimation, risk and issue resolution, and project control. Additionally, challenges such as outsourcing, matrix reporting, and resource constraints will be addressed.
