NUR-3280 Health Assessment and Health Promotion

This course introduces the student to the process of systematic and comprehensive health data collection and assessment. Emphasis is placed on strategies for interpersonal communication, skillful examination techniques, and data validation. Cultural and age-appropriate health promotion and disease prevention activities are explored.
