EDD-8200 Seminars in Cultures of Change: Anatomies of Transition and Transformation

This course examines organizations change through a scholar practitioner orientation. Students examine the historical arc of philosophic, theoretical, and applied strategics, methods, and tools of change as evidence in key historical events. The course’s case-based approach enables students to evaluate the change agentry of select leaders in history, their strategies and decisions associated with structuring, implement, and enabling change within the uniqueness of their culture, time, and context. In addition, the course explores the psycho-dynamic structures associated with change emphasizing cognitive, emotional, and behaviors dimensions of individual, group, and societal change and transformation.
