EDD-8600 Seminar in Organizational Psychology: Psychology of Leadership, Organizational Learning, and Organizational Behavior

This course explores the psychodynamic approach to management and leadership in which students will reflect upon and evaluate their own psychological make-up and what motivates them to gain a better understanding of how students can improve as a leader. By becoming more aware of their personality characteristics, students can then understand how they respond to other leaders, colleagues in the workplace, and subordinates. By understanding themselves better and their relationships with others, students will be better prepared to become more effective leaders in their own lives and within their own organizations
